Where we’re from

GC2 Property was established in 2010 by George Copeman, a chartered surveyor with experience working for both occupiers and landlords. A key motivation for establishing GC2 was to bring the added-value and professionalism of commercial property services to small – medium sized companies (SMEs). George recognised that many SMEs are missing out on the benefits of professional surveying advice, often as a result of bad experiences or simply through lack of awareness of the added value. We work with a diverse range of clients from those with a single property to those with numerous sites but specialise in SMEs.

We are driven to provide advice of the highest possible standard but to do so in a friendly and easy to understand manner. We have recognised that professional services are often delivered in a way that clouds the transparency we believe is so important. Building strong personal relationships and communicating with our clients in a manner that is clear, jargon-free and easy to understand is at the heart of what we do and we believe is fundamental to getting the best from any given situation.
