Jonathan is both a Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Town Planner with over 17 years’ experience in planning and development consultancy. Jonathan has developed a thorough understanding of the whole of the property industry using his skills and experience to best effect.
It is through his diverse experience that Jonathan is able to help clients unlock the potential from property to fit the needs of a business. This may take the form of securing the right planning consent to allow a property to be used for a client’s purposes or assessing the strategic opportunities of releasing value from freehold property.

Nick is a Chartered Building Surveyor who has wide-ranging experience dealing with all aspects of building consultancy. It is Nick’s detailed knowledge and understanding of the physical aspects of property combined with his technical expertise that allow him to identify risks and opportunities to the benefit of his clients.
Nick’s specialist area of expertise is advising clients on acquiring and vacating property. At acquisition, Nick ensures clients are protected from exposure to liabilities associated with the fabric of a building and its services such as repairs and the condition of mechanical and electrical systems. At the end of the property lifecycle Nick advises on dilapidations claims, an area where he has an outstanding record of saving clients money. He also provides strategic advice on exit strategies producing budgets enabling clients to make suitable accruals for future liabilities.

Adrian is a Chartered Surveyor and a member of the Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation (IRRV), the professional body dedicated to local taxation and, more specifically, business rates. Adrian has a wealth of experience in the intricate process of valuing commercial property for the purpose of assessing business rates.
Adrian applies his experience and technical expertise to helping clients assess and challenge the rateable value of their business premises and consistently achieves savings for his clients.

Roger is a Chartered Surveyor and elected as a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in reflection his outstanding contribution to the property industry. Roger’s reputation as a trouble-shooter combined with over 30 years’ experience means there is nobody better at taking complex situations, breaking them down to their fundamental parts and delivering outstanding solutions.

Ben is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects with over 10 years’ experience as a practicing architect.
